Founded by Rory and Lucy Dowell, Anika was created with a simple vision in mind: a new relaxation and wellness retreat in the Angus countryside that feels completely at home in its surroundings.
Thoughtful, sustainable and rooted in our close connection to this beautiful region of Scotland, Anika combines natural materials with considered design to create a place that belongs as much to the landscape as it does to our guests.
In doing this, we want to support the best of local by partnering with great businesses and producers, establishing a wellness destination for Angus that can evolve, grow and deliver invigorating experiences for everyone who visits or stays.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain the high standards of our small, growing wellness retreat.
Anika is opening with one self-catered cabin, with additional accommodation and wellness facilities coming soon. This role will be key to ensuring every guest experiences a clean, welcoming and calm environment from the moment they arrive.
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our small and growing thermal retreat.
Our site includes two saunas, a plunge pool, and two self-catered cabins, and this role is central to setting the tone of the retreat and establishing high standards from the very beginning.
