Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am.
If you require earlier check-in or later check-out, please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
For stays in September to November: During these months, there is no reception service, so check-in is via our secure lock box. Guests will receive full check-in instructions and access details before arrival, enabling you to arrive at your convenience.
From December: Our reception welcomes guests upon arrival. However, if you arrive outside of opening hours, our team will reach out and arrange a self-check-in.
Our sauna will also be available from December.
Yes, private parking is available for guests on site — no parking booking is required.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes:
- Oven, microwave and hob
- Fridge, wine fridge and freezer
- Kettle and toaster
- Cookware, utensils and tableware
- Tea, coffee, milk and fresh bread
Luxury Goose feather bed linen and fresh towels are provided for your stay, along with complimentary luxury toiletries and essentials such as soap and toilet paper.
The kitchen includes basic appliances and cookware, as well as tea, coffee, milk and fresh bread.
We’ll provide milk and bread for guests as standard, along with a mini bar stocked with refrigerated tonic water, sparkling water and a selection of refreshments.
You can also enjoy the best of Angus with our seasonal vegetable hamper, sourced from Milton Haugh Farm Shop & Cornkist. The hamper features a selection of fresh, seasonal vegetables grown in Angus, perfect for enjoying during your stay.
The vegetable hamper can be selected during the booking process, or you can contact us in advance to arrange one for your arrival.
If you have any special food or drink requests, please get in touch before your stay and we’ll do our best to accommodate them where possible.
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The accommodation is designed as a luxury retreat for two adults, so we do not accommodate children.
However, babies in arms are welcome and we can provide a travel cot upon request.
Our first cabin, Lund is not dog-friendly. However, our dog-friendly cabin is coming soon, and we look forward to welcoming guests and their four-legged friends.
When the dog-friendly cabin is open for bookings, a dog pack will be provided with poo bags, treats, a water bowl, towel and bed.
No. The property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping across the entire site.
Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional deep cleaning fee and potential termination of the stay.

- Selection of seasonal vegetables farmed in Angus (carrots, broccoli, parsnips, potatoes, kale, eggs)
Food & drink hampers can be selected during the booking process, or you can call our reception to arrange this prior to your visit.
HAAR at Home – Exclusive Gourmet Seafood Dining
Elevate your retreat with an exclusive HAAR at Home dining experience, created especially for guests staying at Anika.
Enjoy restaurant-quality seafood cuisine from the comfort of your cabin. Choose from a selection of 2-3 course gourmet menu, freshly prepared by the HAAR at Home team and delivered directly to your cabin.
Your cabin is fully equipped with all the kitchen tools and equipment needed to prepare and enjoy your meal with ease.
How it works:
- Available for Tuesday to Friday deliveries
- Request the HAAR at Home menu and choose your preferred 2 or 3 course meal
- Your meal will be delivered to your cabin, stored in the fridge, ready for you to cook and enjoy at your leisure
Staying for the weekend? No problem. Your meal can be refrigerated on arrival, allowing you to enjoy it over the following couple of days at a time that suits you best (please follow the storage and cooking instructions provided).
